Corina P. Irvin is the founder and principal at Peninsula Commercial Real Estate Group. She started the company in 2019. Prior to starting Peninsula CRE Group, Corina spent over 8 years as a Director with Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) in the New York City and Los Angeles office, and over 5 years at Grubb & Ellis Los Angeles before that.
As a dedicated tenant representation broker, Corina specializes in helping clients lease or purchase commercial real estate that aligns with their unique branding, operational, and financial needs. She helps businesses find the perfect space to thrive and grow. Her clientele includes local, regional, national, and international companies in a wide range of industries. With a deep understanding of market dynamics and a commitment to client advocacy, Corina works tirelessly to secure the best possible terms and locations for her clients. Corina has closed and consulted in over $500 million in real estate transactions.
Corina partnered wih Vice Chairman(s), Executive Vice President(s), and other senior level brokers in completing complex lease and sale transactions in the Los Angeles and New York City markets. She was responsible for maintaining and growing client relationships with national Fortune 500 companies, in addition to regional and locally based firms.
She is involved with a number of professional associations: She is a current board member of the USC Marshall Dean’s Alumni Council and FIIRE (Filipinos in Institutional Real Estate.) She is an active member of The Authentic Asian (female executive coalition), CREW-LA (Commercial Real Estate Women LA- past Board Member) and the USC Asian Pacific Alumni Association (past Board Member). Corina finds fulfillment in helping others achieve success and giving back to the communities that have supported her.

Corina lives in Los Angeles with her husband and two daughters. She graduated from the University of Southern California (USC) with a degree in business administration, with an emphasis in real estate finance. She enjoys traveling and spending time on the soccer, basketball, and softball fields for her children’s many weekend activities.
