Corina P. Irvin is the founder and principal at Peninsula Commercial Real Estate Group. She started the company in 2019 after spending eight years at Cushman & Wakefield and Grubb & Ellis before that. Corina has closed and consulted on over $1 billion in real estate transactions.
Corina specializes in helping clients lease or purchase commercial real estate that aligns with their unique branding, operational, and financial needs. Prior to starting Peninsula CRE Group and joining the C&W Los Angeles office, Corina spent several years with C&W in New York City and Grubb & Ellis in Los Angeles.
Corina partnered wih Vice Chairman(s), Executive Vice President(s), and other senior level brokers in completing complex lease and sale transactions in the Los Angeles and New York City markets. She was responsible for maintaining and growing client relationships with national Fortune 500 companies, in addition to regional and locally based firms.
She is involved with a number of professional associations: USC Marshall Volunteer Leadership Council (Board Member), CREW-LA (Commercial Real Estate Women LA), Board of Directors for FIIRE (Filipinos in Institutional Real Estate), and USC Asian Pacific Alumni Association (Board Member).

Corina lives in Los Angeles with her husband and two daughters. She graduated from the University of Southern California (USC) with a degree in business administration, with an emphasis in real estate finance.
